Terms and Conditions
Hydrangea Films Award
1. Winners of the award must acquire and show proof of film equipment insurance that is able to cover the entirety of the value of Hydrangea Films' camera package (around $20,000) to be able to claim the prize.
2. Winners must sign the Hydrangea Films rental agreement to be able to claim the prize.
3. Hydrangea Films has a no-refund policy for the entry fee. This is a competition, which means paying the entry fee does not guarantee filmmakers will win.
4. Hydrangea Films cannot offer feedback to entries that were not successful.
5. Any hateful or harmful actions towards the team of Hydrangea Films will result in the ban of filmmakers entering the competition again.
6. Winners of the award must attend bi-monthly meeting with the Hydrangea Films' team to ensure the smooth production of the project.
7. Winners must provide Hydrangea Films with promotional material concerning their projects (BTS photos, stills, poster, etc.)
8. The non-compliance of winners with the conditions above may result in the withdrawal of the award by Hydrangea Films.
